Villa Ammonite is a reflection of the personality of its owners, combining elegance, luxury and simplicity to create a serene and vibrant atmosphere. The impeccable integration to the environment that surrounds it and the attractive combination of shapes and materials, have made it a local landmark.

The architecture of the villa was in charge of the Venezuelan architect Francisco Feaugas, who makes it patent through its three fundamental pillars: form, space and order. The form is masterfully defined by interesting volumes that make up the three main nuclei of the house: the social area, the service area and the intimate area. The water element accompanies the runner from the main entrance, arranging the spaces and, together with the vegetation, create a unique microclimate that invades them with freshness.

Special emphasis was placed on the use of the most diverse rocks on the island as decorative elements, creating original walls and rocky patios that, together with the waterfalls and natural light, produce an appropriate harmony with nature.

This town owes its name to a fossil, whose particular form inspired the designers and prints to the house the design theme that identifies it.

The main entrance of the villa is framed by a door, large, lacquered in the favorite color of the owners. The curious idea of its design, arose to the architect Ferreira during a visit to a supermarket and is the result of superimposing the figure of the fossil with a bar code in which the word "Ammonite" would be read. The image of the fossil was also used for the bottom of the pool and in all the lingerie of the house.

The comfort and aesthetics are revealed in each room through elegant European and American furniture, colors and textures that honor the privileged location of the villa by the sea, fused with simpler elements and utilitarian objects of sentimental value for the family. The use of color and textiles allows differentiation of the intimate spaces of each of the bedrooms. In the private studio of the owner, the table "Field" by the Mexican firm Esrawe looks beautiful and is combined with the very famous "Superarchimoon" lamp by the French designer Philippe Starck.

The house also has a cinema furnished with leather reclining seats, a cozy and incredible space achieved in a basement that in turn is shared with billiards and the wine cellar, designed to measure in Spain. As for the interior design of the social areas, two large lamps of contemporary design give the necessary prominence to the most important spaces of the house: the dining room and the living room.In the dining room, an exquisite mixture of materials, colors and textures is achieved by the presence of rustic coral rock walls sharing the same space with a delicate Italian furniture, the table made to measure by the firm Riva 1920, the leather chairs of the Poltrona Frau house, the impressive lamp "Hope" by the Spanish designer Francisco Gómez Paz for the Italian firm Luce Plan and the tapestry "Aguas del Caribe" by the Colombian textile designer Jorge Lizarazo, which gives a stamp of color and elegance to all space. On the other hand, the living room welcomes the guest with the elegant simplicity of the sofas and armchairs of the Italian firm B & B, while the bar furniture, crowned with its unexpected and huge lamp "XXL" of fuchsia color of the German master Ingo Maurer , invites to the enjoyment of a refreshing drink before leaving to the outside area of the house, where the jacuzzi and the pool merge with the beach and its beautiful blue polychrome. The owners' particular interest in art is evident in many places in the house: the corridor houses important large-scale works by the Venezuelan artist Jacobo Borges as well as the famous "flowers" of the Colombian sculptor Hugo Zapata.

Villa Ammonite is the reflection of the happy conjunction of love that its owners and creators feel for the design.

The villa has a very professional staff that will be happy to assist you with great care.
